故事大綱
因為命運的作弄而令原本為富家子的丁常旺（郭晉安）與孤兒窮書僮包繼宗（曹永廉）互換了身份。
民初，旺本是包慶豐（元華）九代單傳的獨子，因原配妒忌，懷有身孕的旺母被逐出家門。包大富（李成昌）一直覬覦親叔豐的財產，為除卻旺繼承家產的機會，富欲先發制人幹掉旺兩母子，旺母被殺死，而旺則被打傷至失憶，富另找來孤兒宗來假冒包家大少爺。旺雖大難不死，但行為像七、八歲的傻仔，輾轉流落到烏龍鎮，幸被米珠蓮（盧宛茵）誤認為失蹤的兒子。
柳湘湘（陳秀珠）與蓮曾私下為兒女訂媒妁之言，旺本應娶湘的親女為妻，然湘卻將繼女凌彩鳳（宣萱）嫁給傻仔旺，反之將凌彩蝶（唐寧）嫁給宗。其實旺在失憶前曾與未婚妻楊佩君（楊婉儀）訂下婚盟，旺突然失蹤，君經明查暗訪後成功接近旺，旺夾在鳳與君之間，兩女發覺旺的身世事有蹺蹊，合力將真相查出及助旺回復記憶。宗的冒充少爺身份能否繼續？傻仔旺最後能否與包老爺相認？面對新歡與舊愛，旺可否盡享齊人之福呢？
