一群「阿珠媽」合約員工每天在大型超市安份守己，笑著應付顧客各種無理要求。當模範職員善熙 (廉晶雅 飾) 捱過五年終於有機會轉正式員工，以爲可以與兒子（D.O. 飾）慶祝兼重修關係時，卻突然與其他員工齊齊接到無故解僱的通知！受到不合理待遇，善熙決心與單親媽媽 (文晶熙 飾)、清潔阿姐 (金姈愛 飾) 等人，發動罷工，留守超市！
