程仲森(劉德華飾)，盛傳26歲的他因為會「執垃圾」，而考進了美國頂級基金公司。未夠二十年，已躍登首位華人主席，他本身就是一個傳奇！曾三度結婚，三度離婚。仲森多年來，身邊都有一班忠心的智囊團伴隨左右，當他以為“愛情”不會再在他身上發生，他竟在澳門碰上了他的“星星”米蘭。

米蘭(舒淇飾)，生長在單親家庭，與爛賭阿姨、姨丈同住。自少過著獨立生活，她從小就有一個心願，就是儲錢去紐約學跳舞，平日在賭場做荷官，閒時兼職為舞蹈團做一些樂而不淫的“艷舞表演”。

每段情都有它們的“第一次”。賭場的大廳是仲森第一次遇上米蘭的地方，二人間的火花在瞬間爆發。無心的相遇，卻換來理所當然的相愛，望著米蘭的舞姿，仲森為她第一次的心動，縱使當時米蘭還以為仲森是一名普通的爛賭仔……同樣，在澳門這個花花世界中尋到真愛的還有阿Jo……
