Description

兩子之母玲子（原田美枝子 飾），剛滿六十歲後記憶力開始退化。一天，她到醫院做檢查時被確診患有腦腫瘤，醫生估計她餘下的生命只有七天。突如其來的噩耗令全家人哀傷之餘，亦難以能接受。

身為丈夫的克明（長塚京三 飾）亦即時變得不知所措。大兒子浩介（妻夫木聰飾）唯有一力承擔起事情的責任，四出找一所肯繼續診治母親的醫院，卻被剛懷孕的妻子責怪。小兒子俊平 （池松壯亮 飾）也出力幫忙，期間卻發現父母欠下巨債—家庭原來一直陷於困境，大家要去面對及解決的問題其實不只是母親的病。原本各自各生活的一家人真正的走在一起，共同努力，希望能在七天內創造奇蹟。
