故事內容：電影《731》以二戰末期侵華日軍第731部隊的反人類罪行為主線，聚焦哈爾濱平房區的實驗基地，揭示史上最殘忍的細菌戰與人體實驗悲劇。背景設定於1945年抗戰勝利前夕，日軍731部隊假借「給水防疫」名義，在哈爾濱秘密抓捕平民，並將受害者關入「特設監獄」。部隊以「健康檢查」和「配合防疫研究可換取自由」為藉口，欺騙並強行將受害者推入慘絕人寰的活體解剖、凍傷、毒氣實驗和細菌感染試驗。主要描寫小販王永章等平民被日軍迫害的經歷，展現他們在絕境下的痛苦、反抗與不屈精神。電影多以平民視角揭露731部隊的暴行，反映日軍以虛偽謊言粉飾罪行，向世人呈現了集體創傷和民族苦難。
