社團份子祥Dee（劉德華飾）為維持家計擔任代客泊車的工作。在一次社團行動中祥Dee砍傷仇家喪波，為了脫罪他求助自己心儀已久的大律師Sandy（梁詠琪飾）。喪波終被判入獄五年，但祥Dee妻子卻被仇家所殺，祥Dee只好獨力撫養愛子大洪。另一方面祥Dee在組織中漸受重用，使本打算脫離組織的他無所適從。此時喪波刑滿出獄，展開一連串復仇行動。喪波與組織老大串通挾持大洪，為救出愛兒，祥Dee不惜墮進這復仇陷阱……
